We accept returns of all full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with tags still attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will get back to you with the return instructions on how to pack and ship the item(s) back to us.
- All the products are returnable and replaceable in case of quality issues.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned goods unless it’s about quality issues.
- Sometimes the parcels may get lost, if you have not received your order in the delivery time, please contact us and we will refund you the payment or arrange to resend you the order again in this kind of case.
Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item(s).
